Linking up this week for Tasty Thursday over at The How to Mommy! I can't believe I forgot to share this recipe with you that I made for Olivia's party. I didn't want to go with the container of french onion dip from the grocery store, so after asking friends and scouring the internet (and Pinterest, of course), I found this uber-yummy chip dip! The original recipe is found at Baked Bree, but I tweaked it a little for us.. and also made it party-size :)
Ingredients:
2 packages of real bacon pieces
2 - 16 ounce containers sour cream
3 1/2 cups shredded cheese
1/3 cup chopped fresh chives, optional
4 teaspoons hot sauce
Directions:
1. Mix everything into a large bowl, saving a little portion of bacon pieces.
2. Chill for at least one hour.
3. Garnish with bacon pieces before serving.
4. Serve with potato chips or waffle fries.

Yummy!! That looks great :) I love loaded baked potato anything. Love it in a dip.
